I'm so excitied about it! I finally got around to creating an itinerary for workshops and events I want to attend. Two of my personal faves:
- a breakfast sponsored by the International Women's Media Foundation with Soledad O'Brien (view my "cloud 9: I'm meeting one of my favorite journalists" moment last summer, here)
-a presidential candidates forum, hopefully with John McCain and Barack Obama (read about my "political crush on the junior senator from Illinois," here...no, just kidding ;o )
Plus, while I'm in Chicago, I'll get to spend time with one of my friends who interned with me at Time Warner last summer and moved there recently...oh happy times away from the office!
